Paths that move you

Casa Vara Retreats are intentional yoga retreats rooted in nature, movement, and presence. Each retreat is designed as a journey — one that gently guides you out of everyday pace and back into connection with yourself, others, and the land around you.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about arriving fully.

Our Approach

At Casa Vara, we believe that transformation doesn’t come from intensity — it comes from presence.

Our retreats are:

  • Grounded rather than rushed
  • Intentional rather than prescriptive
  • Supportive rather than performative

You are invited to participate in a way that feels right for you. Rest when you need to. Move when it feels good. Be as inward or outward as you choose.

Accommodations & Space

Each retreat offers multiple rooming options:

  • Private rooms
  • Shared double rooms
  • Shared triple rooms

Our spaces are chosen for their closeness to nature, quiet atmosphere, and ability to support rest and connection.

Who This Is For

Casa Vara Retreats are for you if:

  • You’re craving space to slow down
  • You want to reconnect with your body through movement
  • You feel called to spend time in nature
  • You’re seeking clarity, grounding, or renewal
  • You value community, but also personal space

No previous retreat experience is required.

A Final Note

There is no expectation to be anything other than where you are.

Each retreat is an invitation —
to walk a little slower,
to breathe a little deeper,
and to follow paths that move you.
